This certificate is REQUIRED at the following locations:

  • The City of Council Grove requires anglers and boaters at Council Grove City Lake to have an Aquatic Invasive Species Course certificate. 

This certificate is REQUIRED for anyone applying for, or renewing, a Commercial Fish Bait Permit (K.A.R. 115-17-3 (b))
